Redwood Trust, a REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.70 on October 23 to holders as of Wednesday, September 27. RWT will also distribute a special dividend toward the end of the year, albeit probably less than the $3 per share dividend that was paid in the fourth quarter.
