Newcastle Investment, a diversified REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.69 on January 30 to holders as of Wednesday, December 27. That’s 2.2% of the share price of $31.980, or a 9% annual yield. Last quarter dividend was 65c. NCT has increased its dividend by over 10pct per year since their IPO in 2002.
