Fieldstone Investment, a residential REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 on October 27 to holders as of Wednesday, September 27. That’s 3.7% of the share price of $9.190, or a 15% annual yield. FICC revising down its dividend forecast for the third quarter in a raw (44c to 34c this time). Look into the financial and you’ll understand why. In & out I’d say.
